Directions For Use:
- Apply gel to the ribbed head of the VeriFresh tongue cleaner.
- Slowly insert the VeriFresh Tongue Cleaner into your mouth and let it rest as far back on your tongue as possible. It’s on the rear of the tongue that most of the microorganisms live.
- Relax your tongue. The discomfort felt on the rear of the tongue will lessen within a few sessions.
- Gently pull forward, dragging the tongue cleaner over the surface of your tongue. Exhale to lessen gag reflex. Repeat several times. Be careful not to apply excessive pressure.
- Wash the tongue cleaner under running water - the special design allows water to thoroughly clean the head surface.
Recommended for use once or twice a day.
Replace every 3-4 months or when deposits become visible.
Not recommended for children under the age of 6 years unless supervised by an adult.
