Order Status
After customer login, you may see a history of your orders through the Your Account page. You will receive an e-mail confirming shipment of your order. If the products in your order are out of stock, your order will be listed as Cancelled.
If your order includes a product that is out of stock, we will be unable to fill the order for that product.

Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, you may do so to our warehouse. Include the invoice with the product, send it back in the box in which it was sent and indicate which items you are returning.

Taxes
If applicable, state sales tax will be added to your order based on the shipping address.
Shipping
You may qualify for free shipping if you meet the minimum order criteria stated on the Online Store order page. These criteria may change from time to time. If you qualified for free shipping and are returning a product which retroactively puts your order below the minimum criteria for free shipping, we will deduct this amount from the refund due or in the case that a balance is then due, charge the credit card or other method of payment (e.g. Paypal) used to pay for the order.
