Returns

Return unopened products to us within 30 days for either your money back or for another like product.

Send us back your product in the original packaging, the product must be unused and in salable condition.

Depending on the size of your order, there may be a re-stocking fee which we charge to cover the costs of re-entering products in our system and storing them in our warehouse.

Refunds

Send us some proof of purchase and the reason for the return.

Please email customer-service@verifresh.com to let us know you want to return your item.

You are responsible for postage for any return items.

You may not receive a refund for the entire amount is the item is not in its original condition or is missing any parts.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
